Description

This retreat is for all level yoga practitioners. Each day there will be a 75 minute yoga practice, meditation and reiki, as well as vegetarian meals during the daytime. The retreat space also includes two pools, a hot tub, fire pit, nearby hiking trails, pool table, ping pong table, a gameroom, and many games. The retreat is located in central Scottsdale, walking distance or a short uber ride away to stores and restaurants. There will also be an excursion that will be a day time trip.

Nadiya Mahmood 

Lead Instructor & Retreat Hostess

Nadiya Mahmood began practicing yoga regularly in the fall of 2012. She realized the benefits of a consistent yoga practice and wanted to learn more. She then decided to go to yoga teacher training and received her 200 ERYT from Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica in 2016. Since then she has taught over 2000 hours of yoga class in the Washington, DC area and is an international yoga instructor who has taught in over 7 different countries. 

Her style of asana practice is a powerful vinyasa practice that incorporates the practices she's learned throughout the years. Currently she practices Ashtanga and vinyasa asana classes. She also leads sound healing meditations with various chimes, crystal sound bowls, and Tibetan sound bowls.

Nadiya is passionate about traveling, nature, education and growth, sound healing, movement, and exploring new things. 

Cierra Ross

Reiki Master

Cierra Ross NBC-HWC is a Reiki Master Teacher and Senior Board Certified Health Coach based in Los Angeles, CA. While on a journey to live a modern life of wellness, Rossy quickly found her calling as a reiki master and has helped hundreds of people balance their chakras through spiritual and mindfulness based techniques. Cierra believes that merging eastern practices together with western science is the best support to the body’s natural healing process.
